Refunds

We do not accept refunds for our products if:

  • you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
  • you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
  • the product did not perform to your expectations

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS:

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Aussia, please contact us with your original Order Number and once approved we will send you a prepaid return slip to send the goods back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will resupply the order for you or issue a refund.
